Barça celebrates Celtic FC's 125-year history

This Tuesday, November 6, Celtic FC celebrates its 125th anniversary and FC Barcelona, who are in Glasgow for tomorrow's Champions League clash with the Scottish team, didn’t miss out on club’s commemorative events.

Messi, Xavi and Iniesta receive Celtic FC kits

Before Barça’s training session at the Celtic Park, Leo Messi, Xavi Hernández and Andrés Iniesta posed with Celtic FC’s home and away kits, which feature insignias commemorating the Scottish club’s 125-year history. In addition, the Scottish team gifted each Barça player a Celtic kit.

Religious ceremony

This afternoon, Saint Mary’s church held a religious ceremony organised by Celtic FC. Club directors Jordi Moix, Ramon Pont, Silvio Elias, Dídac Lee and Josep Ramon Vidal-Abarca represented FC Barcelona at the commemorative ceremony.
